Soon to be mum
Hi everyone,
Finally, I am registered on this site! Been reading all your posts for weeks and learning A LOT about owning a beloved boxer. We haven't brough her/him home yet but have a breeder and we're going to choose one next weekend - SO excited!! - but also apprehensive. When I lived in the UK I owned a bulldog whom I adored. Unfortunately he died from heat stroke. Devastating. So, as you can guess, I'm nervous about getting a boxer. I'm most concerned about feeding. My bull was on barf. I want to feed the boxer part human grade kibble/part raw. Would love to have any advice from experienced owners, with feeding and COST of feeding a puppy each month. Also, so we can budget in the future, cost of feeding a full grown boxer (worst case scenario - 70lbs dog). Thanks and I can't wait to share photos! |

Hello and welcome! I'm glad to hear that you have joined us
 How exciting it must be to be able to pick out your new puppy so soon! I have also learned a lot just by reading and continue to do so all the time! Hope you have a lot of fun here and can't wait to see pictures of your precious Boxer baby when you bring him/her home!
