Bonemeal amount for puppy/Mix dehydrated and homecooked

Hi,

I have been doing lots of reading on homecooking after I posted about looking for some sources on this topic.

I am still not quite clear on amount of bonemeal for a puppy. I purchased NOW bone meal powder and was wondering if anyone knew what the appropriate amount would be for a puppy?

We are thinking that we will mix raw dehydrated food (made by Addiction) with our homecooked and do some supplements until I feel that we can get the homecooked diet going 100%. Concerned about meeting all the needs of a puppy just on homecooked alone.

Our older Boxers were raised on a raw food diet that we made and got burnt out after 6 years. We were always told that you should not mix raw and cooked in same meal but I have been doing with both our 9 year old and 4 month old and have had no digestion problems. Any thoughts?
