Started Homecooking
But I think I goofed, I've been using instant rice instead of long grain white rice.....what is the difference between instant and regular white rice?

I, personally, would use whole grain brown rice. Instant rice has a lot of the nutritional value out. Long grain white rice is better as it hasn't been processed like instant. Whole grain brown is best though.
