Natural flea treatment?

Since my Bella has been diagnosed with lymphoma, I don't want to put any chemicals on her, or my other pets.

Does anyone know of any natural flea treatments/prevention that actually work? I've been googling it and it just seems so overwhelming. I don't want to waste my money on stuff that doesn't even work.

Thanks!

My Maggie Moo is a senior with kidney disease and our holistic vet suggested we try something called flea treats. It's all natural with one of the main ingredients being brewer's yeast. Fleas are rarely a problem here and it may be because of what we have in our yard... a ton of lavender and sage, which apparently fleas don't like. Summer is the worst time for fleas here, so we will see if this is sufficient.
