Cancer Apricot Seed or B12?

I lost my last boxer at 4 years old from cancer and now am close to losing my 3 1/2 year old as well. He has Lymphoma or Thymoma both are not curable. I am currently trying Apricot seeds/B12, and a no carb diet. He is still in good spirits just tired from the Prednisone.

Both boxers have different blood lines and I know it can't be environmental because I have another dog who is 12 and doing fine.

Has anyone tried B12 or Apricot seeds? I am open to any suggestions.
