hair growth supplement?

Kamora had some sort of rash on her neck a couple weeks ago. The vet stated it was probably a mild case of staph. the vet gave me a medication and it cleared up. The site is not red or inflamed but it still has not grown the hair back. I was wondering if there are anuy supplements to promote hair growth faster?
