Holistic Treatments for Giardia?

Are there any holistic treatments out there for giardia? Booboo has had it for 3.5 months, 4 round of meds...Panacur & the last both Panacur (10days) & 14 days of Flagyl. I'm very worried and frustrated. Do dogs every ahve to be put down from this??? I couldn't handle that.
