Pick eater???

I've been feeding Deja TOTW dry food in the mornings. She used to LOVE it, at least for the first cople months. Over the last week, she's been sniffing the food and moving the kibble around with her nose! But doesn't really eat it until the afternoon, when I know she's really hungry. Is this a sign of her just being picky? I hate to switch food, because she's only been on it no more than 2 months. She eats canned food at night (TOTW or GReat Life) and has NO problem finishing her dinner. Suggestions?

Maybe you can mix the two together? Half kibble, half can? Maybe she will like it better that way. When Toby got picky with his food I just added a little low sodium chicken broth over his kibble, not alot though and he loves it that way. Good luck in finding a solution

Personally I would leave it be. She IS eating it. If you plead with her and switch foods or try adding things to it, you'll just create a finicky monster. We have costumers at work that have tried every single brand of food that we carry because they have dogs that will only eat something for a couple weeks, and then they stop... and then the owners cater to them and try a different brand. And eventually they have exhausted every option and they have to fight their dogs to get them to eat ANYthing. I'm sure she loves the canned food and she is probably trying to ignore the kibble for as long as possible, hoping that you'll give her canned instead

TOTW makes 4 different flavors so what you could do is rotate through those, and get a different flavor every time you buy a new bag. If you want her to get a variety or are worried about her getting bored. But do that on your own terms, not just because she turns her nose up at her breakfast... a healthy dog will not starve itself, so unless it has been over 24 hours since she last ate, I'd wait her out.
