Training issues

Hey guys,

I need a little help. I got my little girl about 1 week ago. She's so cute and I love her to death. I'm having a hard time training her. I know it's only been a week so by no means I'm a expecting much! But it seems like some days she will remember everything we have trained her to do. And the next day or even hour she acts like she doesn't. Again I know it's only been a week but I'm looking for some trips about how to train a stubborn dog haha. Sometimes she just doesn't care no matter how many treats we try to entise her with. On a pluss note housebreaking has been going very well

Thanks

Relax She is still a baby Training your boxer will be a lifelong ongoing thing.

Some things you could do: Enroll her in a puppy playgroup - great way to socialize your baby (and important), and to get to know a trainer/training facility.

Also, check out ClickerSolutions Home

Another great resource: http://www.dogstardaily.com/files/AF...ur%20Puppy.pdf

Good luck with your puppy and post some pictures soon

One quick thing to point out--don't bribe her with treats, don't let her know you have treats. Otherwise you'll end up with a clever dog that only listens when a treat is waved at it.
