Pooping in sons bedroom

We have a one year old male boxer he is completely housetrained, however on rare occasions where it was bad weather, or we was gone a lot he has pooed in the house exactly three times, which was our fault not his. However he has only pooed in my teenage sons room only, and if his door is shut he will do in directly in front of his door. Needless to say my son is not happy to go to his room and find a big old "suprise". Any ideas why only this room and no where else in the house?

My son actually plays with him a lot, when he is home he is a teenager so he is gone frequently, and when we first got him Phil actually really took up with my older son much to my youngers sons dismay.
