Ati-- excitement issues? PLEASE HELP

I have posted before about Ati, our 10 month old, barking and being VERY vocal when we try to pet or give Mani, our yr old, any sort of attention. We are working on this! Mani and Ati are good dogs-- they know sit, down, off, out (like get out of the room, lol) and Mani is great on a leash.. ati is not so much.. It seems like she just cannot contol any of her excitement.. what i mean is she has jumping issues, not on us but everyone else. It only happens at our house though.. when i take them to my aunts, they dont jump on people there, they act fine. Also, she cannot be pet on a leash.. she goes CRAZY.. jumping up and gets so worked up she sometimes ends up jumping up and landing on her side.. we make her sit before anyone pets her but she still does this. I just dont know what to do anymore.. they are great dogs but she just goes CRAZY.. when we have people over we have tried crating them at first and also using a leash.. with them both being 50 pounds the leash thing is getting hard.. she whines and does not settle down in her crate either. Mani is good as long as he does not get excited by her first, which is rare.. he is okay on his own.. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!
