Unhappy Concerned about our pup

Well we got Payton! We drove 4 hours to get her today and now we are concerned about her. below is the email I wrote to her breeder today:
I have never had a puppy her size before so I am unsure if this is normal or not. She is sleeping and soring BAD, we hear every breathe in and out. Her little nose is moving she is trying so hard to breathe. When we force her awake she starts panting. She sleeps like a rock though. We noticed it a bit in the car, but now that we are home it is worse. My husband is going to stay up all night with her and make sure she is ok. Can you please email me and let me know about this...please. We love her already more than anyone could know, we are just concerned.

She is also breathing really fast. We joked and called her our rabbit pig. Her little nose moves as much as a rabbit when she is asleep, and she sounds like a pig. It is not ALL the time, but probably 80% of the time. Please someone let me know what is wrong with our puppy? She was born July 15th. She still plays and barks and is a typical puppy....I think.

First off, let me say I hope everything is ok with the new pup. I couldn't imagine anything bad happening, especially so quick once getting her home.

This is a lil off topic, but I see that you named her Payton? Just wanted to say that I was considering that name when I almost picked out a white pup.....of course, in honor of Mr. Manning (being from Indiana and all).

Hope all turns out well with the new pup and keep us updated!!
