Tyson has diarhea

Hi Everyone....


My husband and I went away this weekend and left Tyson with our Aunt. He had enough food for through Sunday morning. Unfortunately, we got stuck up in the mountains and did not get home until about 2am Monday morning. Tyson ended up having to stay overnight. Since he was out of his normal food (Canidae) our Aunt went out and picked up IAMS Puppy. He had 2 feedings of the IAMS (Sunday night & Monday morning). We brought him home late Monday morning and by Monday night he had diarhea (not surprisingly) I figured after we put him back on his normal food he would be back to normal within a day or two. Last night he woke us up in the middle of the night and had really bad diarhea. At this point I am not too sure what to do... wait it out another day or so and keep him on the Candiae, or swith him to a bland diet until his stool returns to normal?

I would not feed him tonight, but give him a little canned pumpkin (I gave Baylee abuit 1/4 cup), NOT pumpkin pie filling! The plain canned pumpkin, Baylee had bad like water diarrhea and I did not feed her the rest of the day & gave the pumpkin by late morning the next day she was doing MUCH better. It was actually solid! Pumpkin works wonders! Then after things calm down I would start him back on his regular food.
