Question

We are putting our 9 year old male on Cosequin to help with the arthritis in his hips. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with their boxer and Cosequin and how it did or did not help their dog.

Remy also has bad arthritis in his hind leg. I've been giving him glucosamine for several months and the difference is minimal, at best.
The vet did give us some Rimadyl, but explained it was not for daily use. Like humans taking anti-inflammatories (Advil)--only when needed.

What is Etogesic? Is it a prescription or over-the-counter? Human or veterinian? I'd love for Remy to feel better.

we use this for horses and it is great!!

Congortion (i spelled that the way it sounds)
is really good for arthritis too.
Many products that are good for horses are good for doggies too.
