Unhappy wart or pimple inside ear flap

well hello everyone
im new to the form
i have a 3 year old boxer named yogi
i joined because of my concern with a wart or pimple growth that has developed on the inside of his ear flap it has grown in size a little bit bigger than a pencil earaser
it is hard it seems but i stupidly squeezed it thinking it was a pimple and it scabed up
well i washed him today and his scab fell off when drying and it looks red but yogi doesnt seemed bothered by it at all. never has not even when i first poped it or when the scab feel off or if i touch it.
it had no hair growth on it and used to be the same color of his ear until i poped it sceence then it has always been red.
can anyone help me out
im a college student living on campus so money and surgury is not somthing i can afford
yogi is the love of my life and i dont want to lose him
yogi also has a sister who he plays with rough and i no they have play bitten each other and drew blood could this be a bite that just turned into this pimple?
i attached pictures of yogi and others of the wart

Any growth, lump or bump on a Boxer especially needs to be seen by a vet. Having had a girl with over 16 cancerous tumors in her life I would say by the picture that you REALLY need to have that looked at. It may be something that self resolves on its own or something that requires medical treatment. Could be a hystiocytoma or a cyst both of which are non cancerous.
As pet owners, no matter our living conditions or economic status we must provide adequate care to them. I am not trying to be disrespectful but you said "money and surgery" is not something you could afford. Pets require vet visits. Some are more expensive than others and Boxers are prone to many ailments.
Your vet may be willing to accept payments or you could apply for Care Credit (or similar).

He is gorgeous!! But as Cami said i would get him to the vet a.s.a.p. Boxers are prone to cancers and the earlier they are caught the better. I really do hope its only a pimple that will go away of its own accord. But see the vet to be sure!

I know you don't want to hear it, but I too think your pup needs to go to the vet. As Susi (Cami) said you can apply for Care Credit. It is a charge card that allows you to get your pet treated and and can pay off over an allotted amount of time interest free. Also the college that my niece goes to has a low cost pet clinic available to students, so check around and see if there is a program where you are at. Sending lots of positive ((vibes))!
