tummy troubles..bald spots., yeast

where to start..my 3 year old male has had tummy troubles in the past..most likely colitis.. was put on id formula which was ok but too full of chemicals. then he started getting acne on his neck and scratching his face raw.. which led me to a dermatologist who put him on Ketocomazole. it seemed like classic yeast condition. He spent weeks with the elizabethan collar to save his face. I changed his food to natural balance venison and sweet potato. and now he is having diarhea and has started vomiting.. I feel so badly for him..and now I notice that he is getting bald spots on his back...I have another boxer who is 9 years old and sturdy as can be. but my sweet brindle has such a delicate system. any help would be appreciated.

HI.. still trying to figure out my dogs vomiting and diarrhea issues.. his blood tests came back with elevated Amalase and Lipase levels.. not dangerously high .. just elevated. I have him on Natural balance venison and sweet potato for allergies. this is a new diet and he just went through a series of ketoconozole. I stopped that due to the vomiting... anyone know of anyway to support his system to get back in health? whew. any help would be appreciated..
