Adding Photos

I'm having trouble figuring out how to add photos, the first were too big so I resized to 640 x 480 and it's still saying it's too large. Any suggestions?

Check the photo requirements - your files cannot exceed 100kb in size (640x480 are the dimensions, not the file size). You would need to compress the photos (reduce print quality) to bring the file size down - which any photo editing software should be able to do easily.
