Burnning CD questions. Desperate for fast help

My computer is acting weird so I thought I would back up as much as I could in case I losr everything.

In the past I used to get little pop ups telling me I had info waitng to be burned to CD. Then I would get walked through the process.

Tonight I cannot get there. I went to Quickbooks to backup my finances. That is supposedly done but I cannot get the actual process to begin.

I have a Sony desktop if that matters.

When you say you cannot get there…………. Do you mean you cannot get the quickbooks to open or you cannot get to the CD program to burn the CD?

If its that you cannot get to the CD…………. Try going into the MY COMPUTER, then to the CD DRIVE see if you can burn from there. Right click the drive and click on WRITE THESE FILES TO THE CD.
