Remember to give yourself time to grieve, and for your heart to heal...Try to rest and look after yourself....try to take some time out to cry, and sleep, and recover a little, before you take on life's daily burdens again.
I know you will never, ever get over such a huge loss, as I have still not gotten over losing my nan, almost 3 and a half years after her death, my heart still aches for her...But always remember, the biggest legacy our nearest can leave us with, is their love.
God Bless xx
You are so right in everything that you said. I am so very tired, so emotionally and physically drained, so hurt and I cry as I write this. Tomorrow I must go to the nursing home and pick up her clothes and things. It will take every bit of energy I have to do this but it has to be done. One of my brothers will meet me there. This will be such a huge change in my life. For the past eight years I have gone back and forth to the nursing home. I just can't imagine not going there any more.

I am going to bed now and try to get some rest. God Bless you for your kindness. I will never forget you.

Just read the update that your precious Mom "went Home". She's at peace now and with no pain. I wish there was something I could say or do to make the pain go away but know that nothing will help.

Take solice in knowing that your Mom is know watching over you and the family and will protect all. So so very sorry

Strength

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this sad time. I wanted to say what an amazing, strong woman your mother was. She made it to 92 after raising a handicapped child and losing three children. Those are the toughest and worst kinds of trials a parent can face. You must be very proud of her.

I just read the update and want to offer you my condolenses. Your mom lived a wonderful life and had her share of heartache. Now she rests in eternal peace. Part of the grieving process will be the overwhelming sense of missing your mom. Know that she will always be with you and your loved ones. Her body has left the earth, but her spirit lives in your hearts. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. (((HUGS))) to you. May your mom rest in peace.

Just got updated and saw where your sweet mom passed. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. You have years of happy memories to remember your mom from and find peace knowing she's without pain and again with her dear husband. May godspeed your mom and you all are in our prayers.

Thank You All So Much

A very special thank you to everyone who sent condolences and who have been with me since the beginning of this journey with my beloved mom. You all have been so kind and concerned. Boxer World is a wonderful place not just to discuss our doggies and their issues but as I have found out a place for comfort and strength in the loss of a loved one. I truly feel like I know you all and feel your hugs. You are all angels that I have not yet met. My God Bless you all.
