Isn't de-barking illegal in your state? It is in PA. And that is because the Amish would de-bark the bitches so prospective shoppers wouldn't hear the noises and know it was a puppy mill. The law makes sure that dogs can't be "hidden" on the property.
I'd be one that couldn't keep a tight lip. I would let that man know I do not approve of his practices and lose my job. Is there any puppy mill laws that you could call on to have his business checked to make sure he is atleast following the humane law?
