white puppy

hi all im just wondering how many of you have white boxers, at the moment i have a 7 months old red boy boy and soon to have a white baby boy,the breeder thought it was very strange that we request wanting a white when weve always had reds or brindles she said people normally stick to the same colour and not mix and match do any of you have a white or have a white and red and wots your thoughts on having 2 boys thanks

I have a white and he's the best of course we always wanted a white boxer and were so happy we found one. We also have two males in the house, actually I'm the only female Ryker is a male and so is Ozzy and two skin kids (boys) seats always up! Check out peoples avatars you can see alot of white and also go to the photo gallery and look under White boxers.

I have two white boxers. Rider, my deaf boxer boy, Susie, my white boxer girl (hearing) and I have a flashy fawn (red) girl, Maggie.

I love them all so much. Wouldn't want them any other way.

I don't agree with people sticking to the same color. I see a lot of people on here who have different colored boxers. I have a flashy brindle and the next one I am going to get is a classic fawn (means they have little to no white). Mind you, I would also LOVE a very light brindle. The ones that are fawn with only a few stripes. That is such a gorgeous coat!

Cool

I got my first white boxer about a month ago. The breeder was the parents of a friend's fiance. I had been searching for a wihte one in my area for a while and finally 8 puppies... four white, 3 brindle, and one fawn! I was so excited that I called her that day and reserved my baby boy! Some people just hav ea color preference.. if you're not going to show it... why should it matter, right?

Our white one, Frazier, passed away at the beginning of the summer.
He was almost 11 years old, good hearing and relatively good health 'till later years. He was the best.

Now we have a brindle boy, 3 1/2 months old.

I don't think it is strange.

I had a flashy fawn female then also went searching for a white. I got an all white female (hearing). After my fawn female passed away I got a flashy brindle male. So I have had all three and love them all the same, although some I love more on some days!!! LOL! For me color doesn't matter, although I think I will always have a white. She is a conversation piece and a lead into educating folks about how white boxers aren't any different than the colors and how they are not albinos!

I have never had two males, but I have had two females. Although they say two of each sex don't get along, I think it just depends on the dog. My white female was the passive one until her sister passed away. Then when the new pup came around, she took on the role of the boss!

Good luck!
