Naming your puppy

I have a question everyone. I've got a 4 month old fawn with white spots on belly and black face male boxer. We've been calling him Buddy since we got him at 7 weeks, i don't think he knows his name yet. Would it be ok for me to change his name? And what are really great names for Boxers would you suggest? Appreciate all the help !

When we got our 2nd boxer he was about 9 months old and had always been called Rocky. Well, we already had a Rocky(real name Rocco) who was 4 yrs old at the time. We started calling the new little guy Dino and he caught on within the first day. He was never confused when he heard us call or talk to Rocky (the original) either. There are so many cute names out there that I couldn't even begin to list all of the ones I like. I have tho already made up my mind that whenever we get another boxer he will be named Romeo.

I really don't think that it would do any harm at all in changing his name. There are so many great names out there. Rebel, Chance, Trooper....just a few that I like, lol. Good luck in choosing a name
