I'm on the wait list for a boxer pup!

The pups are expected to be born on or around December 26th, so would be ready to go to their new homes by the end of February/early March. We are so excited! Buster is 2-1/2 now and quite ready to have a boxer baby around...and so are we. I want a fawn female with a black mask...but we'll see. Both parents are flashy brindle and this female's last litter produced 12 brindle babies! That's a lot of pups! All adorable. I'll keep everyone updated on how things are progressing. This is a reputable breeder with championed pedigrees for both parents; although our interest is in a pet quality dog. It's important to make sure all the health tests are done if you're looking for a pup and please...do not buy from a BYB (or pet store).

Congrats on the upcoming new addition. I *think * I know the breeder you are getting your pup from. My girl is related to your litters sire.
Sire's name has 3 letters in it?? I don't think we can list the breeders name so I won't but they are sisters??
Sire side has lines from Boxers with a good bit of longevity.

Hope the wait doesn't kill ya! I've been on a wait list since August for a litter that won't even be bred until May 2011... it's so painful!

I expect updates with lots of pictures.

You must be sooooo excited!! My neighbors across the street just got a German Shorthair Pointer puppy, so watching his antics gives me puppy fever.
I hope you can stand the wait. Congratulations on your new baby!

Thanks all! It is exciting!!! This may sound crazy, but I really want a fawn female...so am just hoping the litter produces one (and I'm far enough up on the list to get which pup I want). Of course, other factors will come into play as well. I want a well rounded socialized pup that will mesh well with our family, my boys and Buster. I know color isn't everything. My boys just want another boxer puppy....they're less concerned about whether it's a fawn or brindle, or a female or a male.
