UK breeder prices

What would I expect to pay for a male pup in the UK that is from a breeder?

I paid £600 for Rogue, but she was from a pet shop.

We paid £550 for Dino a couple of years ago from the Newcastle area.

Ruby was £550
Luka and Angel are brother and sister and were £500 + £700

Edited to say doesn't that look horrible, my boxers names and a price!

Lola was £600 and Zebedee was £650 but I rather think the price went up a bit with him as the breeder knew I was after a fawn boy and he was the only male in the litter

They do seem to be cheaper the further away from London.

Scotland seems to have lower prices than England. Star was only £400 and Finn was £250 (half of the price of coloured littermates)

We paid £550 for Millie, but that was 6 years ago..I think the price can range from £500 upwards in the SE, depending on colour, markings etc.

I've always thought about getting a boy. Rogue would love it. I'm looking around now for breeders, but I won't be buying till spring if I do buy at all. I feel that I have to get one before April now, coz I want a docked one. I love the nub.

I found one breeder with 17 people on the waiting list for their next litter in Jan. I'm starting to think this is gonna be hard work.
