Favorite flower to see bloom is a toss up between daffodils and liliacs (but liliacs are a considered a shrub/tree are they) Daffodills because they remind me of Spring and Rebirth..Liliacs because they are so fragile looking and so fragrant. My yard is filled with liliacs.
I personally HATE dogwood trees. They bloom for only a short time and then make a big ol' mess. And once the flowers are gone its an ugle tree.. I have dogwoods in my yard too..ugghh.
My favorite tree to see come back to life is the Weeping Willow or the Red Maple in my yard.

I love cherry blossoms, Morning Glories and hydrangea's, but Magnoila's have always been a favorite, along with tulips.

HEY! Listen up Sidhewlf! Dogwood blooms only last a tenny tiny fraction of time! My miniture maple (all of ohhh 6 ft if that) keeps its leaves for a long long long time (actually this season it had a few straggler leaves hanging on during December) (I know you knew what I meant.. lol)
I just never liked dogwoods.

We have an ornamental Plum tree that I bought one year (on a whim). It is absolutely beautiful in the spring - the leaves are a copper color and the flowers are a vibrant pink and very fragrant. If I ever move, I'm either taking the tree with me or I will search for a new one

MollieT - they do grow pretty slowly so if you can get a decent sized one it's worth the money. They grow to a really nice size too. I've had mine about eight years now and it's only about twelve feet tall. They are like the flowering cherry tree's - they flower first and then the leaves sprout. It's soo pretty in full bloom - you can smell the flowers from five feet away! You will really love it

My favs are Irises, Lilac, Lillies, all types, and wildflowers. I never thought much about the Magnolia, until I bought my house and it has a giant tree in the front. I hate it! For trees I like the Japanese Maple, Weeping Cedar, Western Red Cedar, and Sequoia. The Japanese Willow are real pretty, and grow fast, more outward than upward. -Jan

I love to see all my tropical flowers bloom.
I have hibiscus & my Plumeria, they are inside since it's cold but when it's warmer & I put them outside ( they are in big pots ) I can't wait to see their beautiful blooms.
My daisy gardenias, & Oleander, & Plumbago are also very pretty.
Gardening was my first love before I got Koa of course!
Oh & my favorite trees are the Magnolia, & a Mimosa!
