Rainy day when the sun is shining??

Yesterday was a pretty good day for me. I went to Old Navy to buy Kuma a fleece coat, and of course had to try some clothes on while I was there. I finally fit into a size 4 again!!! After months of South Beach, I realized it was really working!! Was praised for my hard work throughout the day, and who doesn't like to hear that from your boss??? Over all, a good day. Until my Italian temper showed thru when I got defensive and upset over a thread I shouldn't have chimmed in on. Not the point. Ever since then, I have been having a TERRIBLE time.
I woke up this morning as if it were raining and dreary like it had been a week ago here in Jersey, but it's BEAUTIFUL today. I had a million and one things to do this morning that I should have done last night, so I behind schedule and left the house a little late. Of course I need my morning caffeine fix, so I stopped at 7-11 to pick up some coffee. The place is alway busy, but it was RIDICULOUS when I got there. I have never seen so many people there at 8 in the morning. I got stepped on by a guy who is easily 6'5", push by an older gentlemen in order to get a cup, nothing like eating someone's arm as they reach over you. Then I get up to the counter, pay, and LEAVE THE COFFEE BEHIND!!! Luckily, a very nice man ran it out to me...phew. Well, there are sooooo many cars in the parking lot that no one could get out of their parking spots!! So of course I was late to work, and I HATE that. Not a good start to the morning.
I think what scares me the most is that I have a doctors appointment today. It's been about a month since my cryrosurgery, and today is my check up. I'm having such a bad morning that I'm afraid it will be bad news at the doctors today, too!!! Sigh, I just needed to talk things out, thanks for listening!

I agree-just take a deep breath! I had a lady rag on me in Kohl's yesterday because I wanted to pay my bill at the register, so I feel your pain! Funny thing is she went to the next line after I pretty much told her to bite me, and she got stuck behind someone else arguing over a price!

Kuma is my saving grace. She's been sick since yesterday so I have been overly worried about her, of course I'm a mommy!!! She wouldn't even play last night, so I wonder if maybe that's why I woke up so dreary, my baby isn't feeling well!!

so I just got off the phone with the vet. I called to make an appointment for her next series of shots, and to mention her behavior at home. Yesterday, she ate her breakfast, but not all of it. When Jay came home at lunch, she had diarrhea and wouldn't eat her treats. She didn't eat last night and didn't play, just sat with us on the couch. My comment was, if my belly hurts, I don't want to move much, either!! I told Jay that we need to pick up some chicken so we could give her a bland diet to ease her belly pain. She didn't eat this morning either, so I wanted to mention that to the vet and see what he said.

Well, I wasn't too worried as I said she hasn't eaten much since yesterday until the vet asked if she was lathargic. Then my heart stopped. He said he wouldn't wait to get her in there until saturday (which is when we were originally going to take her to get her shots) he wants her in tonight...So now I'm crying at work because I'm so afraid for her....what's wrong with my baby?? Yeah, I can't wait til this day is over...

I'm sure Kuma will be fine. Better safe than sorry, right? Let us know what the vet says.

Hey Jinean, Im so sorry to hear your having a bad day and so sorry that Kuma isnt feeling well. Just think about all the joy Kuma brings you and a huge smile will come back to your face. Please keep us updated on your appt and Kuma's. We send you lots of love.

I was diagnosed with cervical dysplacia and had cryrosurgery to get rid of the bad cells...today is the follow up to find out if the surgery was successful

So my appointment is over and done with and Dr. says I healed very nicely and shouldn't have any more problems...hopefully

Now, all i can think of is Kuma...my poor baby girl...
