Possible contracton our old house....
We got an offer on our old house today, and are suppose to have a contract tomorrow. If you would say a prayer, or sends some vibes I would so much appreciate it! What was suppose to be $5000 spruce up and sell, became a bit of a nightmare and ended up costing us almost 10 times that. We really need to get out from under this. Thanks in advance !

Had an older couple look at it last night that loved it, but hadn't got financing in place. They were suppose to go to their bank today and see if they can make an offer. Fingers crossed!
