DH - DD What Do these Abbreviations Mean?

I'm not exactly new to this site anymore but I guess I'm still not up on all the abbreviations. I see DH & DD used alot and I can kinda deduce what they mean but was hoping someone could tell me exactly. Also if there are any other common abbreviations out there you could share it could be quite helpful for new members.

DH is dear husband and DD is dear daughter (also DS for dear son ... and DW for dear wife? .. never seen DW used since it tends to only be women using the abbreviations)
