You're doing great! The slide show shows more than then weight loss. It shows how your confidence and self esteem are growing with each week. Very impressive!

16 weeks out today

My weight loss has slowed a little, but at least I am still losing!!! I started to workout, so maybe I am building some muscle. I am going to do a 5 day pouch test, which is suppose to tighten your stomach back up. We will see if it helps. The first few days you only do liquids, so not sure if I can make it thru that. I feel like I am able to eat too much sometimes. I lost 3 pounds this week, and only 1 pound last week. I just tell myself that any loss is good! So, here are my updated totals.

Since surgery: -81 in 16 weeks
Total: -94 in 18 weeks

Almost to my half way point!!! I hope to get there in the next few weeks

You knew it would slow down at points and considering how well you did thru the holidays one week of a 1 lb lost is still amazing, then you kicked it back up the following week with three! That is awesome! Plus working out! You may not always feel like it, but you are going like gang busters! Keep up the good work!
