3 more pounds lost last week. So, 103 total!!! Half way to goal!!!! 101 more pounds to go (or less). I will probably adjust my final weight once I get closer and see where I feel best at.
I am so glad I have you guys to share this with!!!! Thanks to everyone!!!!

Way to go!
Keep up the good work! You are my inspiration! I'm really starting to buckle down this week. I really fell of the wagon first in Dec when Thor was ill, and then the end of Jan my husband was in ICU for a week. Even tho' I didn't eat much then, what I ate was not really healthy. ( I think I was functioning mainly on Starbuck peppermint mochas.) But I had my check up at the Dr's this week. ( I found out I'm Vit D deficient-I blame that from lack of sun in the winter. haha) And I have started back at Curves. I turned 49 a week ago and would like to lose 60lbs before I turn 50. So I raise my tea cup to you! ( No more peppermint mochas.  )

You are doing awesome. Thank you for the slide show, that was wonderful. You look great and it looks like you are feeling great too. You look more sure of yourself also. Keep up the great work you have earned all of this. You are so worth it.

I will be 5 months out tomorrow!! Time sure does fly by fast!!! I will post an update tomorrow on the weight loss. I have been losing a lot slower, but as long as its going in the right direction! Hopefully I have even more weight off by May because we are going to Hawaii!!!
