Help with brand of vacuum cleaner

Well, I settled on the Hoover Pet Cyclonic. I truly cannot afford a Dyson. I was able to purchase the Hoover on sale for about $140. I used it all day yesterday and was very impressed. The onboard tools were great. I was able to vacuum 2 couches, 2 sets of stairs, and all around the baseboards pretty quickly because the suction power was so good. WIth only getting 2 of 3 levels of my home done, I emptied the canister 3 times! I was appalled at how much dirt there was, but glad that my new vacuum was finding it! I'm satisfied for now, but I'll have to see over time how it holds up. Thanks for everyone's opinions. Happy vacuuming!! =)
