Snow flurries!!!
I just sat down and as I looked out the window the windy day sky was suddenly filled with snow flurries! Beautiful! It only lasted about 27 seconds and no doubt DH thought I'd lost my lil itty bitty mind when I ran outside (where he was working on the car) to make him turn around and look at the sky.
It looks as thought it's done for the moment, but I love the snow and feel as excited as a 7 year old. Snow flurries!!!

We had sleet & rain both last night and this morning and very windy as well. My SuzyQ didn't want to go outside this am, came right back up on the deck and did her jumping up jack in the box routine so I would see her in the door's window. I can't say I'm very excited about snow - wish I could send it all down to you in Texas!!! After several months of sliding around on the roads and shoveling the sidewalks and the roof of your house, it loses some of it's charm. But it's on the way no matter what we think of it.

Here in PA we are to get flurries tonight. Love the snow but hate the cold. Can't wait for Tyson's reaction to his first snow!!

Here in the mountains of eastern Kentucky we are supposed to get flurries tonight as well. It's supposed to drop to mid/upper 20's. I'm wearing cords and a sweater to work tomorrow. This is strange compared to the past few years. It's been pretty warm here up past Halloween in recent years. Could be a cold winter!

For the first time ever, I am looking forward to snow.
The SNOWBLOWER is here. Yipee!
My DH works out of town (2 weeks in, 2 weeks out). Last winter we got dumped on big time (everytime he was gone to work of course). We have a new bylaw here that you have to have your front sidewalks cleaned within 48 hrs or you get fined.
So, needless to say, I have been going for chiro treatments every 2 weeks since.

No snow here yet, but it is certainly cold enough too if we had any precipitation, fortunately there is none in the forecast.

Oh well, it had to happen. Got up this morning 31 degrees and snow on the ground. Not deep enough to be completely covered, but enough that it is actual snow. And I might add, very heavy wet snow. Had to use the snow brush on the car. Supposed to rain/sleet/snow flurries till this afternoon and then (God bless Michigan), be 60 degrees and sunny later this week.

We had snow flurries overnight. Not enough to stick to the grass but enough to stick to the deck and my daughter's car.
