scary movies....
Is anyone else here a fan of horror movies or thrillers? I pretty much enjoy any type of movie, but I always like some good suspense....

I love a good thriller and sometimes scary but they can't have kids or dogs in them. The kids make fun of me because I won't let the Movie The Exorisist in my house. My boys are 22, 20, and 16. That movie scared the bejeebers out of me. That and the Amityville Horror which is probably not that scary, except for the fact that at the time it came out I was living in a house that looked like a replica And now I won't watch The Grudge kids walking weirdly... OMG that just scares me to much.

Actually, I scary movies are my favourite...but...the other night my DH rented a comedy, 'Good Luck Chuck'. We had to pause the move often cause we were dying of laughter. It is a MUST see!

I'm such a chicken that I won't watch scary movies. I think the last scary movie that I saw was the Skeleton Key, and it had been years since I'd seen any others. I too am a comedy buff and would rather laugh than be scared!

Big, big fan of horror movies. The scariest horror for me is The Exorcist. Gets me every time. Love all the old ones like the first Nightmare On Elm Street (Johnny Depp was in that one), Friday the 13TH, Halloween. How about The Entity with Barbara Hershey, that one is based on a true story.

Does anyone remember 'The Shining' with Jack Nicholson. I do agree though, horror movies today are alot more gory!
