Okay, let's start a petition to bring Josiah back! I thought he was good AND different. They need different sounds to make the show more exciting and he was different. I loved how gracious the politician kid was when he was sent home, that gave me a new respect for him. My two favorites right now are still the Australian guy and the biker chick. I am horrible with names!

Me too! And I found it odd that Simon commented that the decision wasn't unanimous about him going through. He was one of the best guys! Amazing vocal! Of course, he said that about Chris Daughtry at first too!

It was sad to see Josiah go...I think he got nervous and that's why he didn't do so well the other night.

Yep... I think he just buckled! Poor guy! I hope to see him back next season! Of course, they built up such a story and fan club behind him, It wouldn't surprise me to see them bring him back this season if someone needs to drop out for some reason! I think I remember this happening before. Maybe I'm wrong. I think we'll see him again down the line!

I hope so! It makes you wonder what kind of people they really are though!!! I find it difficult (trying very hard not to be judgemental in the situation; but it's hard not to be ) to think highly of people who could let that happen to their own flesh and blood.

I felt bad for Josiah....seemed like such a good kid, too bad noone was there for him We are definitely crossing our fingers for him!!

So predictions.............

I still think Dave Hernandez (contestant 1) was outstanding! I don't feel that the judges gave him enough credit! He can really hit and hold some notes!

Who do you think will be going home?

I think for night one...... the majority were very very good! I'm excited to see more!

I'm still rooting for Dave Hernandez and the last guy (australian goodlooking guy), otherwise I was just a wee bit disappointed in some of the other guys...not as good as the other seasons. We'll just have to wait for the ladies tomorrow!!

I like the 17 year old kid, I thought he was incredible for being that young and his personality was just adorable! Also, Michael whateverthelastnameis, the last guy from Australia is awesome, I predict those two in the final four. But then again, I never get anything right!

Overall the guys did ok but there was one who stood out as not belonging there. Garret Haley, jusdging on his performance last night, he is no where ready for this competition. I can't stand him for some reason. I feel that he shouldn't be there and Josiah should be in his spot.

I am excited to see how the girls do. I am liking the irish girl and the rock and roll nurse, hope they do well.
