Ugly Betty
We've just got Ugly Betty in England, ( American show)..I Loved it,,,When does her boss fall in love with her, and when do the braces come off her teeth, and she turns from the ugly ducking into the well deserved swan?..I hate they are being so vile to her, and want to know will will have a a happy ending!

Re: Ugly Betty
I love that show. I just finished watching the first season. I don't think it will have the traditional "happy ending" with her becoming traditionally beautiful. However, those who know her realize her true beauty within and learn lessons from her, especially Daniel, her boss. The second season is starting soon, I can't wait.

Re: Ugly Betty
I watch Ugly Betty with my daughter every week. I don't think it will be the usual boss falls in love with secretary thing, tho. That poor guy has enough of his own issues!

Re: Ugly Betty
I love Ugly Betty too I feel so bad for her! I do hope that the writers put in some really fabulous things that happen to her! Plus, it's right before my favorite show Grey's Anatomomy! After the big wind storm we didn't have Cable (the only way we get TV around here) for a full three weeks! I couldn't watch all of my fav. shows and I feel like I missed soooo much! (which is pathetic, really )

Re: Ugly Betty
Funny thing... Ugly Betty is a ripoff of a Colombian soap-opera. I'm from Venezuela, and I still have family there, and I remember when everybody was totally hooked on "Betty, the ugly" (as it was called in spanish)... I am a little shocked that the US has ripped something off latin american TV, as it's usually the other way around.
