boxer pups & heart murmers

At present we are looking for a boxer pup and would appreciate your advice on heart murmers. I am currently talking to a breeder who has top class show dogs that have just had pups. Both mothers are heart tested at zero. When i asked the breeder about heart murmers he told me:
all puppies are born with murmours, and then as they develop and the heart muscles grow stronger most grow out of them, but some dont, so when you get your puppy from me or whoever, and you take it for its second jab, the vet will tell you your puppy has a heart murmour, the real problem to its health is if in a years time it hasnt grown out of it and its above a three, that is when it may be detramental to its health. the grade 2 is only a breeding recommendation.
What concerned me is he says "all puppies are born with heart murmers" and" when they have their second jab, the vet will tell you your puppy has a heart murmer". Surely this isn't true is it?

Dunno what to tell you...

My 10 yr old boxergirl had heart murmur, and even had an ekg as a puppy. She outgrew the murmur, and has never had any cardiac problems.

I don't know about "all" puppies... but certainly many puppies have innocent murmurs that they do grow out of. It's common enough to be termed a "puppy murmur".
