No, she wouldn't necessarily produce dark brindle puppies (or necessarily any brindle puppies at all - depending on exact genetics, she could produce a litter entirely fawn...). A "reverse" brindle dog is genetically no different from any other shade of brindle. All you're talking about is variations in the number of dark stripes the dog has, after all. Conceivably dark brindle parents might be expected to come up with more dark puppies than light brindle parents. But I don't believe you'll find any statistics to support it - but would find many contradictory examples
