Mine is an 08.
Mine is a '99 and does have this capability. I agree with Cami - I think you can make it work this way.

I got our collie pup when he was 8 weeks old and our baby was 5 months. You might need to take a bit of care of the puppy so the girlfriend can take care of the baby when it comes. I doubt there will be problems with the puppy waking up the baby, more of the baby waking up the puppy. As a mother of 5 you got your work cut out for you.. but TOTALLY possible! Besides the things in life that are the most rewarding are the things that seem the most insane! Good luck!
