Depends what you mean by "structurally off". It is not ideal in a boxer - because the breed standard calls for a straight back. What it usually means when a dog has a rounded back is that the back is a little long and the tail set too low. So it's a structural defect in terms of how the ideal boxer dog is supposed to be constructed, but it is not something that is going to cause the dog any problems. Some other breed standards call for a sloped or rounded back - and those dogs don't have problems as a result.

Actually, dogs with rounded backs are often very fast - greyhounds and whippets, for example. It's not a problem for a boxer to have a similar shaped spine, it's just not correct for the breed standard is all. Same deal for the head - a boxer with an overshot jaw wouldn't have any problems as a result of that, it just wouldn't be correct for the breed.
