Hair growning opposite direction/crown on front legs

I have a 10 month old dog and a 3 & 1/2 month old bitch.
The dog i bought as a pet but since then have desided i would like to have a blast at showing. I would like some honest opinions on his standard i would like to add his fawn goes slightly paler around the sides of his neck slightly (colour faults?) and appears quite leggy at times, is this because he is young? also on the side of each shoulder/front leg he has the reverse direction hair grown if i can get a pictureo n close enough you will see. but what are his chances of being knocked? thanks x
