Yes - you would know them as fawn

That colour is known as 'red' in a number of other countries (UK amongst them). The wording of the UK standard still actually follows the fawn terminology though.
Notwithstanding that there are many different shades of fawn/red, often in these parts of the world they are actually a redder shade of fawn than is common in North America (whilst pale tan is uncommon here). I suspect it is due to less constant fawn/fawn breedings, and in many cases, less emphasis on flash.
