It's quite an unfortunate situation. You may have some luck importing a bobtail puppy in the next couple of years, however - I'd imagine there will be even more being bred once the choice to dock is taken away.

Interesting you bring up the bob-tail boxer Julie....I did quite a bit of reading on that a month or so ago. Very interesting the fellow that did this (genetisis). I agree though, I'm sure that will be on the rise, and if I remember, that was his entire reason for working to breed a 'bob-tail boxer'.
