Good for you, I would have been a nervous wreck! That sweet baby deserves much better than what he was getting. I will never understand why that woman couldn't see that she was abusing her own dog. On the other hand, some of the dogs I groom are almost twice their ideal weight and despite my gentle reminders, their owners do nothing. What a surprise when it turns out the Fifi has diabetes or liver failure. You will have a special spot reserved for in heaven for your kindness.

 I'm SO glad to hear the good news. His story has really been weighing on me. I've been checking repeatedly waiting for good news...and now we have it!!! Kudos to you for being that poor boy's voice. Maybe you and the AC officer can get your babies together for a play date. I'm so happy this story has such a happy ending!

What a relief. I am glad the officer is a boxer lover. But I really want to thank you for going through with all of this. I am sure it was every hard to do (even when there is a GREAT reason to do it). I will still pray that the woman will not get the dog back or ever get aonther dog!
