Smile Yummy....ice Cream!

When going through Mc Donalds today, they offered Jack a small bit of vanilla ice cream. You didn't have to look back at Jackson twice to see that he wanted it. The waterworks started flowing. I a talking MAJOR DROOLS! At least it cooled him off a little...........Anyone else give their dogs icecream?
good or bad treat?

Thumbs up yummy ice cream

We give our boxers ice cream... they love it!!! And they eat those frosty paws... ice cream especially made for dogs. If you haven't tried those, our dogs love it, and it's good for them to eat without all the sugar and milk that regular ice cream has.....

I heard that you can get them at walmart but our store does not have a frozen food sections. It is a small store. I guess they would be at the regular pet shop? ALso, those paw wipes, are they only available at pet shops or are they available in those large retail stores?
>I'd like to have some of those wipes as well
THANKS!

The SuperWalmart has them, the smaller ones' dont. They are in with the regular people ice cream there. I got 2 boxes last week and the dogs love it!! It looks just like the ice cream cups that kids eat out of though, so we keep them in the box so they dont get mixed up with people ice cream cups in the freezer. I never found ice cream at our pet stores, but they have it in treats. It's a bag of ice cream chunks but they aren't cold or anything, just like a regular treat. Our dogs love them but they are very sticky, like sugary feeling. I dont give them to the dogs much but they love it when I do.

I dont know what kind of wipes you're looking for to wipe paws. I just buy the bath wipes for dogs at PetSmart (they're in catalogs cheaper too) and use those to wipe Titan down with when he's dirty. Some people use baby wipes, I dont know if those are good or not to use.

chloe and maxi love their icecream, luckily they can tolerate it, because my husband is an icecream lover and every night he and the girls enjoy a bowl together. my girls sit and look at the freezer its so funny.

Markus used to just love ice cream. He always knew when got the bucket of ice cream out and would magically appear in the kitchen. He always got a spoonful.

Paddymax loves his ice cream and unfortunately cream cakes too, These are kept for special treat only, but I have to keep an eye on my partner when he has a cake cos he sees Paddy has his baby and loves him to have a treat..I have to keep reminding him that if he loved PADDY he wouldnt give it to him..
