Harley doesn't give us a clue! That little stinker will sit by the door for minutes on end until one of us sees him and lets him out. He is on such a routine that I don't think that there are many times when he is dying to go out. If one of those rare occassions arises, sometimes he will sit at the door and then come find us if we don't let him out. When he finds us, he sits down near us, sighs heavily and then gets up and walks back to the door.
