well! we had some great weather on the weekend, so we decided to take shelby on her first fishing trip to a "real" beach and she had the time of her life, the beaches were packed and the comment "oh my a boxer baby" is still ringing in my head haha and the oh can we pet him? ahha quickly followed by me saying yes you can pet "her" hhehehe it has just proven to me that every one loves BOXER babys!!!!

and let me say some people even left there other dogs who were also there tied to their hubbys, so they could come and pat shelby!

They have some great tastes in dogs don't they?

My baby is always the center of attention when in public anywhere. We love taking her on campus of the university and college kids stop all the time and ask to love on her. And she just soaks it all up!

I love that feeling. I have noticed it myself, to the point if there are multiple puppies in one area, Jedi gets the comments more then the others. I truly believe it is a boxer thing.

I've noticed that more and more people are "flocking" towards the Boxers when they see them out on walks or in the parks more so than other breeds. This weekend, my family went to a local parade and one of the floats had 2 beautiful fawn boxers riding on it. Several people made comments about how beautiful the dogs were, and of course being the boxer fanatic that I am, I made sure that people around me knew that "OMG - boxers!!! Two boxers are on that float!"

After the parade was over, the boxers and their owners were walking thru the main midway of the festival and so many people were around the dogs and believe me when I say that the dogs were LOVING every minute of the attention they were receiving. The momma boxer and her baby boy boxer were even more popular with the little kids than the merry-go-round and the cotton candy!
