Snoozing preferences
In our computer room (the most occupied room in the house) hubby and I have a desk and pc each. There is also 2 old recliner chairs that if are not taken by visitors, the puppies sleep in them while we are busy clacking away at our keyboards.
Now Jed always sleeps curled up in a nice tidy little ball, never making any noise, he has never snored. He hardly ever flicks or flinches and looks ever so peaceful snoozing away.......Miss Hannah on the other hand is THE most untidy sleeper I have ever seen!!
She lays sprawled out with her neck bent at odd angles or her head hanging off the chair, she snores her little face off and when she is deep in sleep, head thrown back, her tongue hangs out (not a good look) Many times she starts noisily suckling (which makes her bottom lip all frothy) and I say to her "Hannah, stop dreaming of boobie milk" She is constantly flicking and twitching in her dreams and sometimes even falls off the chair because she takes up so much room! I am always waking her to stop the flinching and re arranging her so she fits properly on her chair, she's quite the sight when she's sleeping!
Funny little girl she is

OMG, I'm LMAO "boobie milk" that's hilarious I'm crying now!
Harley twitches every now & then. He used to do it so bad I thought he was having a seizure. He's only fallen off the bed once though. I especially love it when they're dreaming they're chasing something & those legs start "running". You can see by my gallery how he sleeps, he makes sure he as comfortable as possible, even if it means stealing my pillow.

LOL!! Boobie milk?!?! Oh sheesh, well, Nikki is also an untidy sleeper, hehe. She has a donut bed with 2 pillows, and before she goes to sleep, she messes up her pillows until she fixes it the way she wants. She dreams all the time... twitching, boxing, kicking, making scary eyeballs, her nose moves left to right, and she also dreams of the BOOBIE MILK!! LOL!!!
Now we wonder if females are more active sleepers than males??? Hmmmmm....

Harlan has always been an untidy sleeper. When I first got him I actually took him in to the vet because I was sure he had epilepsy. He would have little tremors and his eyes would be looking around, or so I thought. The vet just said that he is an "active" sleeper. It would really freak me out though. His eyes get going and he will start suckling. I can take the tip of his tongue that was sticking out and pull his tongue all the way out and he still doesn't wake up. Silly boy!

Hilarious
I laughed all the way through this one.
Gus is both tidy and untidy. It depends. During the day when he naps he is usually untidy. His head is wrapped around the leg of the coffee table, his tongue sticks out about an inch, his front paws end up bent underneath him. He is usually squished between the furniture to begin with. OR Sometimes his body is under the coffee table with is face smashed against the front of the sofa. When this happens he proceeds to snort every 2-3 minutes to get the fuzz out of his nose. I don't wake him up, I just laugh at him.
When it is bedtime...totally different dog. He circles around on his bed for five minutes. I think he is fluffing it. Then he works his way down as he circles. He ends up in the tightest little ball with his tongue hanging out just a little. Sometimes he rests his head on his butt. It is so funny.
How many breeds of dogs can make you laugh out loud in hysterics? Can't be many.

LMAO!!! Hammer is both tidy and untidy!! In his crate, he snores, but generally doesn't move around a lot even though he has lots of room to do so. However, when he is snoozing on his couch or on the floor, his legs are everywhere, his head is also at odd angles and he snores like the dickens! His favorite thing is to sleep with his head under his couch or behind a chair, so we generally have what appears to be a headless dog carcass in our living room. I keep waiting for the day he wakes up suddenly and gives himself a concussion from hitting the bottom of the couch!!

Jedi starts out very tidy. Then about 20 minutes or so into his sleep he becomes the untidy maniac. He sprawls, tongue out, spread eagle on his back with his head at SUCH an obscene angle, you would think it was broken.

Louie is really funny when he sleeps. He will squish his nose flat against the couch cushion, so when he snores, his cheeks puff in and out. And sometimes, his legs will start moving like he's running, and then start GROWLING really loud! While in a dead sleep!

I have a very untidy baby boy. He is the loudest snorer I have ever heard. He also, sucks, snorts, growls and kicks and wines in his sleep. He must totally mess up his bed at night before he lays down. Hubby and I lay in bed and laugh every night listening to his noisy sleeping!
