Who is the Strawberry Thief?
I have this strawberry plant that gets lots of strawberries, but I never seem to get a full grown ripe strawberry. I thought the rabbits were coming into the yard and eating them, so I put the plant on a small table. I was looking at it today and still no large strawberries. I'm thinking maybe I haven't given them enough time. I was busy cleaning the patio when Thor walks up and starts nosing into the plant. Then he grabs a strawberry and walks off! I have finally found my strawberry thief! The silly boy.

Thats great! We have tried to grow strawberries as well, but between the bunnies and birds we never get too far
 We are trying inside this year!What a silly boy!

So if I want strawberry plants I should not be giving Gus tidbits when I eat store bought ones?! Haha! I LOVE Thor!!

This would be funny in itself but it gives me a special smile knowing what Thor has been going through. How wonderful that he still feels good enough to enjoy a little mischievous fun!

When I was going to school I used to pick strawberrys in the sunmmer hoildays and we used to get paid by the weight of what we picked, and the saying was " alls fair in love and war and strawberry picking. So Thor has the right idea to get in there or there be none left for him. clever Boy.
