Finally! Some good news!!!
Oh boy! This past 2 years have been a rollercoaster with my boys' knees.
Snatch (7) hurt himself April 2009 - after being misdiagnosed, he had TPLO Jan 2010. He was back 100% around August 2010  Oxy (3) hurt himself Feb 2010 - TPLO Sept 2010 - Infection November 2010 and January 2011 - Removal of the plates February 2011... Imagine 2 boxers, crated, no running, no walk, NO FUN! they are like ticking BOMB!  ***** Today, was the last recheck for Oxford. First of all, I want to thank Grapevine TX Surgical Center team. They are truly the BEST!  I saw Dr Bertrand, the surgeon who did Snatch and Oxy's TPLO's. 1)Oxy is ready for water therapy now 2)The crate can go out in 4 weeks (yay!!!!) 3)If he does well at therapy, he can go play off leash in 6 weeks with no worry! 4)Agility ok in 6 months I can't wait to have my happy, playing, burning, psycho dogs back!!! It has been hard to keep them occupied and happy with all that stink!  I am in such a good mood today! I wish I didn't have to go to work!

Goodness! I feel terrible for complaining about trying to keep Raine calm for the first week after her spay! There is NO WAY I would have been able to accomplish what you have with both of yours for so long.
Kudo's to you! That is just awesome.

But they therapist told me Oxy looks great and she wants to see him twice a week for 2 weeks until he's back to running again.. he is so happy.. and so exhausted after his session!

That is some long overdue good news! I bet they'll love being "normal dogs" again in 6 weeks.
 You deserve some sort of medal for keeping 2 boxers quiet for 2 years! I can barely manage a week with 1 boxer.
