Our 5 month old puppy Tommy already has a variety nicknames, including:
Tommy Chong (when his eyes are red :-) Tommy Tutone Tonka Silly Willy Boo Boo Bunny Twinkle Toes (he doesn't like to get his feet wet)

So our new puppy is named Franklin but my husband and kids keep calling him Frankie Boy and our youngest calls him Franklin Hart bcause our boxer who passed this summer was named Sampson Hart Hart being his previous peoples last name. I think our little Dranklin might develope a complex!

when spanky is in a mood because he didnt get what he considers enough attentions we call him cranky spanky otherwise my husband calls him pudding head( dont know why) and i always call him monstro.

Cain has a few: Buddy, monkey butt, snot or booger (my brother calls him that, long story short involved a really good sneeze in the face. lol), baby boy, little man, stinky, chewy (for the wookie sounds).
Sugar has Sugar Booger, princess Sugar, sugar pie honey bunch or just sugar pie, sugi, sug, sugar sugar, peek a boo.
